Silvia works as a Chief Operating Officer for an ONG serving refugee women for their professional inclusion in digital and tech jobs. She is a digital passion focused on business, people and project management with more than 13 years of experience, half of them spent mainly in the digital/tech industry. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages and 2 Master, Digital Transformation Management and Business Data Management. This diverse background is what drives her in navigating complexity, people and business challenges. Silvia joined PWN Milan in 2022. She believes in the power of sharing and loves working for and with people to create wonderful changes and growth. Her mission is to drive people and companies to achieve unexpected results. For PWN Milan she coordinates the most important professional development program: the mentoring one.
