Human Leadership program - 2022 Spring Edition

Starting the 4^th of March we are launching a new edition of the Human Leadership Programme with Nancy Cooklin, Author and creator of the Human Leadership Model.  Participating in such a great opportunity to boost your professional network and accelerate your personal growth!

Why you shall participate?

As Nancy says, “we are all leaders, as we all teach and learn from others”.

It’s the perfect time to reflect on this concept and on creating your professional and personal self as “business as usual” is changing day after day.

During this program you will:

• Know yourself better by understanding where your behavioral drivers and thinking patterns come from
• Define the purpose that drives your day to day decisions
• Learn tools to communicate better
• Identify the role models that have influenced your leadership style
• Create a strong network with women like you

How we will learn and network?

The program will take place in three virtual sessions, at lunch time, with a closing aperitivo (live, in presence). The session will last 2 hours each, including a proper moment to virtually share our lunch. The style of the training is very dynamic, personal and effective. With great attention to motivating and stimulating both the creative and rational brain through exercises and sharing in small groups. Nancy often uses non-verbal techniques that sometimes act more profoundly and the change lasts over time.  You will take away skills and emotions that motivate you and engaged and implement the change.

Important info

The Human Leadership Programme is addressed to PWN Milan members.

The number of participants will be 20 following a "first comes, first-served" approach.

The workshops will be held in English.

Fee to partecipate: €200

Fee for NON-members includes annual premium member fee: €125
