PWN Global Women on Boards Circle: How did you land your first NED position?

Becoming a non-executive director (NED) can be a rewarding and challenging career move. NEDs provide independent oversight and strategic guidance to the executive management of an organisation. They also bring valuable skills, experience, and networks to the Boardroom. However, landing your first NED role can be difficult, especially if you don't have prior board experience. 

In this session, we will have a showcase with a real-life story, the challenges that they faced and how you can prepare yourself to overcome those challenges.
